Services

We set the new standard in the Canoga Park area for senior living. Our caring, compassionate staff provides services customized for each resident, and are selected for their knowledge and abilities, but also for the manner in which they value and honor residents. Caregivers at Canyon Trails share a passion for safeguarding residents’ well-being.

Assisted Living

Our Assisted Living program is designed to help you live a vibrant life by connecting with the people and community around you. A caring, compassionate staff – on hand 24 hours a day – provides a spectrum of services tailored for each resident, resulting in greater choices and flexibility today and over time.

Our team is able to escort our residents and assist them with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, managing medication and other activities of daily living. Plus, individualized care plans ensure residents get just the right amount of support when they need it.

Memory Care

Our Memory Care program provides a community for our residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our highly trained staff works with our residents on a daily basis to support them through their memory loss.

Canyon Trails’ Memory Care program gives our residents and their families the support they need for living with memory loss. It draws on residents’ strengths, allows them to maintain existing abilities and fills gaps in life skills with an appropriate level of assistance. While the reality of memory loss may be difficult, Generations Memory Care at Canyon Trails allows residents to enjoy the simple things in life – connecting and sharing precious moments.

Respite Care

Our Respite Care program gives caregivers an opportunity to take a temporary break for any and all reasons while offering respite care guests access to the amenities and care that we offer on a daily basis. It is important that caregivers are able to rest too, so that they can give their all to those they take care of.

What is respite care?
Respite care is a temporary stay at a senior living community, often suggested for seniors who are recovering from a hospital visit, fall, surgery or other health circumstance, but is also available for caregiver vacations, senior living trial periods or any other reason.
